James Grove Lounge & Club Shop Broken Into PDF Print E-mail
Monday, 18 August 2014 14:02
Halesowen Town Football Club are devastated after burglars broke into the James Grove Lounge, Clubshop and Press Box causing thousands of pounds of damage overnight (Sunday 17th August 2014 into Monday).  Damaged has been assessed at the football club today and the police have been informed.  This is not an ideal situation for the football club on the eve of the first home league game of the 2014/15 season in the Northern Premier League Premier Division.
Cash, televisions and other items have been stolen.  As most fans/supporters know the club is run by hard working volunteers who give up their spare time to move the Yeltz forwards, we are all deeply saddened by this news.
As ever your support is needed tomorrow evening (Tuesday). Supporters will still be able to collect shirts on the night from the club as these were still at the manufacturers.  Please continue to support the club whilst we begin the process of repairing damage and increasing security around the ground.
If anyone has any knowledge regarding this crime and can help bring justice for the club please come forward and pass the information onto the club ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or the authorities, either by calling the Police on 101 or by ringing Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
